Strategy & Market Research
Who your best customer actually is, what the market around you is doing, and where to concentrate before you spend anything.
Growth systems, built and run
TM AI Consulting builds and runs the machinery underneath growth — how the right customers are found, how they're followed up, how they stay, and how much of it runs without anyone remembering to do it.
What we do
These aren't five products. They're the stages a customer moves through — you work out who to go after, you reach them, you convert them, you follow up, and you keep them. Break one stage and the ones downstream stop paying off.
So we fix the stage that's actually failing, and connect it to the ones either side. Most engagements touch two or three, not all five.
01
Who your best customer actually is, what the market around you is doing, and where to concentrate before you spend anything.
02
A repeatable path from stranger to customer — sourcing, outreach, and a pipeline you can see, rather than referrals and hope.
03
Advertising that can be measured and corrected. If you're already spending and it isn't working, the first job is finding out why.
04
Follow-up that happens whether or not someone remembers. Reminders, nurture, re-engagement, and the admin chasing that eats your week.
05
The difference between people finding you and people choosing you. Clear paths to book, inquire, or apply — and proof of what's leaking.
Our approach
Most firms open with what they sell. We open with what's happening in your business and in the market around it — because a plan built on assumptions is just a brochure with your name on it.
It begins as a conversation about your work — your role, how the business actually runs, and what's shifting in the market around you. We're talking to leaders across the sector to understand how it really works from the inside, and that's genuinely the point of the first conversation. You decide whether there's a second one, and we won't chase you for it.
If something in that conversation suggests we can help, we go further into it: the specific problem, what it's already costing, and what you've tried that didn't hold. We ask for numbers here — how long it's been happening, how often, what it's worth. Not to qualify you, but because a plan without a baseline can't be judged later, by us or by you.
What comes out of it is written down: which stages of the system apply to your business, in what order, and what each one is expected to move. We walk you through it properly rather than emailing a document and hoping. And if we don't think we're the right answer, we say so — that's a better outcome for both of us than an engagement that doesn't work.
Then we build it. We deliver through a platform partnership with AI Acquisition, which gives you an operating system most businesses your size couldn't assemble alone — a CRM and pipeline, campaign and follow-up automation, and a set of AI agents that handle the parts nobody has time for. You're not buying a strategy document and a list of tools to go and configure. The infrastructure is part of the engagement, and we run it.
Two conversations before any proposal. Then we build the thing, not just the plan for it.
Industries
The specifics change — what a full schedule means, who counts as a good lead, what "follow-up" involves. The systems underneath are more alike than most owners expect.
About
Two owners. No account layer between you and the people doing the work.
TM AI Consulting helps businesses build stronger systems for growth — better ways to find the right customers, keep the ones they have, and take the repetitive work off the people doing it.
The platform side of that is settled: our partnership with AI Acquisition supplies the infrastructure, and we configure and run it. What we add is the diagnosis. Software only solves a problem you've correctly identified, and most of the value sits in identifying it.
That's why we spend two conversations understanding a business before recommending anything, and why we'll tell you when the answer isn't us. It's also why we've stayed small enough that the person who diagnosed the problem is the one who builds the fix.

A conversation about your business and your market. If there's something we can help with, we'll say so. If there isn't, we'll say that too.
